Landrace is now offering Box’d Lunches for two. Chef Steve McHugh and our team have created this mid-day meal as an extension of Landrace – made for diners to easily take on the go and enjoy the outdoors.
Each box features Fire-Roasted Smoked Chicken Salad Sandwiches – the pulled Chicken has been spit-roasted with an emphasis on Mesquite and live fire, to impart a smokier, woodsier flavor. This creamy chicken salad is made crunchy with the addition of Celery and Grapes – and seasoned with Paprika, Mustard, and chopped Herbs. Snackable sides include the house-made Buffalo Blue Cheese Potato Chips and Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies, made with Mesquite Flour.
